Summary
Student not returning to UT in the fall needs to sublet his room in a 6-bedroom house at 17th and Highland. This is the best location off campus and is very convenient. Will consider waiving security deposit if renter checks out (credit and background). Current residents are good students from Nashville (Lipscomb) and Knoxville who are pretty cool and well rounded. Propery is managed by Volunteer Rentals
