I am a semi retired pro keyboard musician, artist, arranger, manager and textile screen printer. I am single, with a very clean home with 4 bedrooms. I only have one present renter and looking for only one more. Very quiet and clean home. Private room, including utilities, shared big kitchen. Two baths to share.
