My name is Frederick, mostly people call me Fred or Freddy i have no preference. I am pretty clean, will never complain for noise and wouldn't cause it at the same time. I work full time and am usually never home. I am responsible with payments such as phones, credit, and utilities which i am paying at my current residence so there is no issue with my rent being on-time.
