I am a 59 year old male, very quiet, non drinker, I'm not against drinking, it just isn't my thing. I have a cat, she's very good in the house, never makes a mess. I am self employed, self sufficient, no baggage, relationships, multiple friends etc. I am looking for someone that just needs help with the rent as I need a place to live. I am very easy going, very liberal and non judgmental. I grew up living in apartments so I know what "soft walking" is. I'm very considerate of those around me.
