The woodlands (voted "best housing" in college station this yr!) is very close to campus and is very inclusive (huge pool, weight and cardio rooms, tennis courts, free tanning, free self-service car wash, on a&n bus route, HD theater, bbq grill areas...also, the apartments are finished very nicely with hardwood floors and faux wood blinds and nice appliances in the kitchen a washer and dryer in the units. they're super new and super nice and the management seems very friendly!
