I am renting out all three bedrooms downstairs. I am taking the bedroom upstairs. One bedroom downstairs is a master bedroom with it's own bathroom. The other two rooms will share another bathroom. One of the bedrooms has a door leading to the pool in the back yard. The living room and kitchen is also included if all three rooms are rented by the same people, preferrably a family.
