Hi. I am a senior at USC and need a third person to fill the last room in a nice three bed/2bath brick house. The house is like new inside and out..check out the pics...hardwood floors, new kitchen and bath, fenced in backyard. It has everything you need (washer/dryer) and then some (back patio). Your room has a closet and a ceiling fan and is large enough for a queen sized bed to fit comfortably. Rent is 400 a month, all utilities included except for phone (we just use our cell phones).
