Small clean room for rent in gated community. Bathroom, laundry facilities, utilities, internet and cable provided. PGE split. I am 49 year old female looking for female roommate that will share expenses. I work from home much of the time and travel about 5 times a month. I have a sweet dog and an old ugly cat with 2 feet in the grave - so you have to love animals. Parking is limited, but we can figure that out if is the right fit.
