The townhouse is in a very large complex that has an indoor pool, tennis court, cardio room, weight room, and sand volleyball. The rent for the room here includes all utilities although I do not have cable tv. There is a full size washer and dryer conveniently located upstairs. I have a few boxes and a bicycle in the garage but there is enough room for a large car or truck as well as a little bit more storage. I live a pretty quiet life and appreciate the same. 414-531-1223
