Summary
I currently work from home so high speed internet is essential. I currently rent a single family home so I have a household full of stuff (furniture, pots, pans, etc.) so it would be nice to have space for all of that but I can put stuff in storage. I enjoy the outdoors so a quiet neighborhood would be nice. I do not like drama.
