I am a 30yr college grad male who will be relocating from NC to MD in a very short time because of a great job opportunity. I am outgoing and have a good personality. I cook and I like to keep my home clean. I do often like privacy but do like to socialize. I don't mind smoking and noise is okay as long as its at the appropriate time.
