I am comming down from Iniana to try and establish myself in business with another partner. I am here on a contigintcy basis. I am temporarily here for a minimum of three months at that point I will either re-sign or part ways. At which point I am unaware if I will be needing this space for three months or one year. Im married my wife will visit occassionally if this business picks up and takes off I will then move my family here to build a house. Im looking for cheap rent for a short term.
