I AM MAKING THIS BECAUSE I LIVE WITH MY LITTLE SISTER AND SHE DOESNT CLEAN SHIT. AT ALL. ITS WALKING DISTANCE TO DOWNTOWN. IT IS A SMALL ROOM. A TWIN BED WOULD FIT NICELY WITH A DRESSER. LOTS OF CLOSET SPACE. MORE ROOM AVA. ON THE PORTH FOR A FUTON OR W/E. NOT SURE IF SHE WILL MOVE OUT THOUGH.
