I will be in Greeley taking pre-req's at AIMS in the fall and spring and need a place to stay. I am very laid back, clean, responsible, and looking for a place I where I can bring my sweet old cat. I don't smoke and only drink occasionally. I am usually pretty busy with school and work so I won't be around a ton. Looking for a reasonably priced place with nice roommates who respect other people's things and space (I have had issues in the past).
