I am relocating to Atlanta, GA next week and am needing someone to take over my lease. The utilities usually run between $75-100 per person which includes, Water, Electric, Cable and Internet. Great neighborhood and conveniently located, only minutes away from St. Johns Town Center, I95, JTB, The Beaches, Avenues Mall, and UNF. If you need to be near any of those places then this is the place for you. The apartment is a 3/2 and you would be sharing a bathroom with a very clean and tidy guy.
