I am looking for a clean room in the area where I work. I have a bed and recliner I could use if it is not furnished. I work days M-F, and am in/out on the weekend. I am only in town 2 weeks each month. I am quiet, friendly, respectful. I would like to be able to use the kitchen (microwave, refrigerator), and prefer a private bathroom (not a must). I watch TV if available. I do not smoke but am tolerant. I am fine with pets. Looking to move quickly, so we should talk if it is a fit.
