I am a single mom looking for reasonably affordable housing. I have 3 kids, ages 6, 4 & 2, and they are seriously great. Their father takes them quite often on weekends, and they will be gone often during the summer months. I have a great relationship with their dad, so there will be no trouble with him. I'm looking for a house with a basement that would be available to use. I have a wedding floral business that I run out of my home. NO customers will ever come to the house.
