I am 71, retired, member at Berry Creek Country Club, play golf 3-5 times per week. Excellent health, friendly & outgoing and helpful. Quite to live with, only guest may be my 40 year old son perhaps once a year for week at most. I will smoke outside only and I do not get drunk, nor do I nor have I ever used drugs. Hope to find a home, occupied by the owner who wants to share some of their costs by renting me a room with limited kitchen privilages. I am extremely tidy and
