I'm looking for something tre cheap and close to Texas State. Personality-wise, I'm social...but need a fairly quiet home. As a roommate: I always load the damn dishwasher, pay bills fast, and will neither borrow clothes nor eat your food. Haha. I do have a kitty (although if I must, I can find her another home). Also a nice coffee table, loveseat, vintage dining table, a couple of wrought-iron chairs, and some trendy framed art. IF we have room and you approve, of course! Hope we talk soon.
