Looking for a room to rent in BHC. I moved from Huntington Beach, CA in March due to the high cost of living. I currently live near Ramar and Hwy 95 but looking for something more affordable. I am a 56 year old male. I'm clean, quiet and don't do drugs. I work at D'Angelo's Italian restaurant 5 days a week. I enjoy watching tv, golfing. Since I'm new to the area, I have only 2 friends I know in the area so I would rarely or never have anyone over. I can also provide references.
