I am an easy going guy who is in need of a roommate starting in September. My current roomie is moving to Hilton Head for her family. The rent of $500 includes all utilities including high speed wireless internet. I take care of everything outside the house, as well as my private quarters. I'd prefer to share in the upkeep of common areas. I am no neatfreak, but do have some expectations when it comes to housekeeping. No dirty dishes left in sink, table, counters, etc...
