Hello , I have my homestead of near 32 years 3 bed 2 bath 1556 sq ft sfr single story on near a quarter acre in an HOA Knox east of Arizona Ave ... pause. I am a widower that does Az between job hunting. I am a part time SCC student as well. My home has a few diy projects. Diablo is my 4th Giant Schnauzer Dog,he has a doggy door. The yard goes to the front of the house - k9 friendly. We are friendly, having rescued a few loose canines. I have shared my house with many, less these last 14 months. My house is large and kinda empty - time to share once more. I will not rent to a male or a friend - experience suggests it does not work out. My home is alcohol & drug free, smoke outside if you do. I have three rooms, two from which to choose. My terms and rate are open for discussion. This is not so much a money issue as it is a home with a purpose once again. Come look.
