It is a very nice duplex. There is one floor pulse a basement. We already have a washer and dryer here. There is off street parking for the residents only. We have High Speed Internet and plenty of connections to go around. My roomie and I are pretty laid back so we are really easy to get along with. We are, for the most part, night owls.
