Whole house 1700 sq Ft. Professional older female would have access to the whole home along with me, my 16 year old son, a dog, and a cat. Must love animals and children, 3 grandchildren visit occasionally from another state. She would have her own room and a shared bathroom. Renter would also be able to access Rec center amenities as a guest (pool, gym, tennis, sauna, etc). I am a property manager for a local vacation rental company. I love spending time at the beach and listening to music.
