6-7 bedroom house, close to campus. Great basement, firepit in yard, attic, and fully furnished rooms. Great location- close to public transportation, relatively close walk on a good day, and close to nature trails. We are 5 junior students at Ithaca College looking for a fun, respectable, and easy-going roomate. The rent varies from month to month because it does not include utilities. Hope you are interested!
