The bedroom is carpeted, 10.5 X 10.5 ft. I have two larger playful dogs, one being a Husky and the other being a Mutt, they have their own room when I am not home they will be in their "room" so they will not bother you, but if you love dogs you are welcome to play with them and if you are willing to help out with them I can drop rent down a little. I am very laid back easy going and the house is and will remain Smoke and Drug free (Wine is ok ;) ) TRUST & RESPECT are a Must!
