This is a 4 bedroom house with the master bedroom on one side, and 3 rental rooms on the other side of the house. Currently a 24 year old female lives in one of the rental rooms, the other is available, and the other is set up as a play room for when my children visit. I prefer females because I trust them with my children so much more than I would a male.
