Essentially, I'm looking to rent out the "guest" half of the house. There are three bedrooms for use. You can use all three rooms as bedrooms or use one as your own media room...it's entirely up to you. All three bedrooms have walk in closets. There is a full bath adjacent to the three bedrooms as well. I would be the only other person living in the home with my three dogs. I keep regular daytime hours, am far too old (46) to be considered anything of a partier, and tend to be pretty quiet. Whe
