Brand new apartments right off of 3rd street! Quick walk to great food locations, and a 5 minute drive from most other food options in town. The room is one of two in a two bedroom, one bathroom apartment on the first floor of a two floor apartment complex. The apartment includes a washer/dryer, dishwasher, stove, range, A/C, heating, a microwave, and fridge. There is also a nice little patio that overlooks 1st street. There is only street parking available. Pretty cheap utilities as well.
