It is a two story brick house with four bedrooms and 4 and a half bathrooms. It will have new wood floors put in by the end of May and clean carpet. There is a nice kitchen that will also have new granite countertops installed soon. The parking is behind the house that can park up to 5 cars. Animals are not allowed. There is a beautiful huge oak tree in the front lawn. There is also a lawn service that comes once a week that is not included in our rent!
