I am a single man in need of a room to sleep and a way to get clean. currently working in pekin and on call 24/7 for a railroad company. I do not need alot of room and have really no possessions to bring in. I jump between 4 different towns and willing to pay for a whole month even if end up leaving immediately to one of the other locations. also willing to increase monthly rent depending how nice amenities are. i’m willing to help around the property with anything that I am able to for free.
