Rent is $325 a month - this includes water. All other bills are divided between all house members evenly. I have a house with 3 girls (18, 20, 21) right next to the Bemidji State Campus and need to sublet my room. The girls are all easy going and are all like family. Our landlord is extremely kind, easy going, and helpful with anything we need. Painting is allowed. There is street parking as well as 4 car parking. The girls each have their own interests from sports, cooking, and crafts.
