I have an unfurnished bedroom available that is private. Bathroom, kitchen, and living room will be shared. The rent includes gas, water, garbage, internet, and television. Electric will be split once the bill arrives. The apartment is located minutes from downtown, Mayo Clinic, and St. Mary's hospital. Grocery stores and restaurants are walking distance and there is a bus stop around the corner. I work full time at a daycare. I am quiet and enjoy a night in. Must be a woman and Christian.
