Myself and one other roommate are looking for a respectful roommate in their very late 20's/30's to live in our house on Vermont Ave in West Asheville. We work FT M-F in healthcare. must be mindful of our sleep schedule and keeping the common area of the abode tidy. Each of us enjoy socializing, backpacking and live music. Occasionally have friends over but this is not a party house. Peace & quiet, paying bills/rent on time and sharing in chores are all factors for a successful living env't.
