Summary

Female roommate. Near Oceanfront. Someone I can be friends with and is outgoing is ideal. I want to feel comfortable living together and not just secluded to rooms and sharing rent. I am going through a 3 1/2 year breakup, so this is very uncomfortable for me and want to feel like I’m at home. Washer/dryer in unit is a must. I may get a small dog in the near future, always wanted one and probably need a companion, so would have to be ok with small pets. I’m very clean and organized and work alot
