Hi, looking to rent out my extra bedroom. Asking $425/mo. includes all utilities. You will have a private bedroom and bathroom, bedroom is 12ft x 10ft. I have another room for storage if you have extra stuff. Also have a computer with high speed internet available. Sorry the garage is full you will have to park in the driveway.
