Hi I'm Chas and I'm a cosplayer. I live in a two bedroom apartment and I live with one other person. The complex is smoke free, but responsible smokers may smoke off property. Pets are allowed (no cats please). I do like and try my best to keep the place clean. The room for rent is clean and non furnished with plenty of storage space.
