We are going to be DPT students at Messiah College. Classes are online so it will be a studying environment! There will be no partying. Because of COVID minimal guests?? 500$ a month Plus utilities (under $100 Per person!) Your own room 9x12 (with closet) Shared bathroom (with 1 other girl) No pets No smoking of any kind No drugs Quite when studying and going to bed. Go to bed 10-11pm Wake up 6-7am weekdays Keep communual areas clean Can move in August 16th. The lease will be for 12 months
