I'm a Navy Officer working at Bragg and I am building a house in the Carolina Lakes area. If you are not familiar, Carolina Lakes is a golf and lake community which is gated and has a young vibrant residency. The house I'm building is over 3800 sq ft and has a walk in closet and private bath for all 5 bedrooms. I plan on using one bedroom as a home theater and one as a gym.
