I'm looking for a replacement in a 2 bed, 1 bath apartment. Furnished beside the bedroom. Washer/dryer included. Utilities and internet less than $75 a month. Plenty of parking. 2 cats. Full kitchen. My roommate is clean, friendly, usually quiet, not a smoker, and wakes up and sleeps at normal hours. Neighbors are quiet too.
