Hi I am looking to sublet my room in Kent which is just a couple of blocks from KSU. 1br is available in this 2br apartment, the other bedroom is occupied by my current roommate, my room is available for rent immediately. Rent each month is $392.50 then $7 for cable/internet and about $15 for electric. Other fees included with move in is the $150 security deposit for the apartment.
