I'm just ready to get out of my house and find a place to live. I am looking to sub-lease for the summer and then find a new place in the fall. I'm a pretty laid back, enjoy parties, and don't really mind if people are over as long as I can have privacy in my room. I really have no concerns about drinking or smoking habits, drugs do raise my concern a little. As long as drugs are kept in "non-common" areas of the house I see no problem with that.
