Hi! I am looking for a roommate to share my 2 bedroom, 2-1/2 bathroom home. My house is only 6 months old so everything is in perfect condition. There is a private bedroom & bathroom, a small yard, a really nice washer and dryer and awesome kitchen appliances. I am really clean and tidy so I am looking for someone who also is, as well as someone who is respectful of me and my belongings. There is street parking or you can do garage parking for an extra $100 per month. $1000 deposit
