Seeking either: older studio, loft, attic or 1 Br room for rent. Month to month lease pref either in, near or around LoDo/Downtown Denver area . no suburb area r4r's please! Can afford up to $500 per month & that would have to include most utilities s/a heat, electric, water, gas & wifi. Would really like to find a place that has a dishwasher, but it's not req:O). About me:friendly,quiet, tidy, respectful, pt employed young lady whos also an online grad student.
