I'm only looking for a furnished room for a few nights per week as a contractor at TJX. I live an hour away and the commute is too much. I will not be there on the weekends and not every week night. But furnished is needed and I would stay over several nights per week. Month to month would be very helpful. I would cook during the week as I enjoy that and prefer home made meals. I would need to keep food in the fridge for dinner and work.
