I'm a fairly conservative but fun person who's looking for a smart, fun roommate. Although I cuold live alone, I prefer to have companionship and conversation. My dog was professionally trained and is 10 years old -- she won't damage anything. The kitten is a few months old and stays in my room. I seldom have overnight guests and never loud parties or noisy get-togethers. I prefer a roommate who is quiet after 10 pm (as I am), who doesn't party or drink much, and who's intelligent.
