I am a student, currently enrolled at The Joe Kubert School of Cartoon and Graphic Art in Dover, NJ. I am seeking a room for rent that is w/'ithing walking distance from the school, at least short driving distance. I dont not drive personally, but i will be picked up ( for school ). For the most part, i will not be spending weekend at this residence, as i have a job back home in NY, that i will work during the weekend. I am a sociable person, quiet; and reliable. I WILL be up l
