About this household
The room is the master bedroom on the first floor of a two story Cape Cod. It comes fully furnished with a queen bed, two dressers and a computer/TV armoire. Adjacent to the bedroom is a full bath solely for the renter. The renter will have full use of the kitchen, laundry room, deck and yard. On site storage is included. This is an updated home built by my family where I was raised. I am a widowed, retired American history professor. I am a clean, friendly and respectful person.
