This is a nice house, and you will be renting a room, but please know you have full run of the whole house (common areas), and back yard. I am looking for a room mate that is responsible. I don't mind smoking outside on the patio, and social drinking is fine. I am looking for a considerate, responsible room mate. I will pay water, and garbage. All I want is half the electric (in summer) and half the gas bill (in winter). All else I will cover. The house is energy efficient, so its nevr real high
