I'm looking at a few houses in East Costa Mesa/Newport with a friend of mine. We've found a few nice places that are in a good location, have a small yard or decent patio, have a garage and are in our price range of $2500-$2700, however, we are looking for a third roommate. We are 2 fun/easygoing girls who are 29 and 30. We are responsible, have full time jobs and keep a fairly clean house. Rent hasn't been finalized but will range from $800-900 for a smaller room or $950-$
